DHC offers a wide range of training options, delivered by a certified training officer. The following common options are available (although we can certainly provide custom training on request.)
  • • Operational Training
  • • Operational Training - Computer Based Induction:
  • The training is aimed at new starters and will provide the necessary environment and processing domain background, together with resource function-focused training for that particular resource. Due to induction training only having a real purpose if delivered prior to resources starting, the format will be computer based.



  • • Operational Training - Classroom Based Comprehensive Training
  • This training assumes resources already have an overview of the cash centre environment and functions, but will still provide a brief overview to ensure a good foundation is laid for training. The main aim of the training will however be to focus on one or more functions within the cash centre, based on what is required for the particular group of resources. The training duration will also be kept brief enough so as to not affect customer operations.

    The combination of computer based induction training and follow up classroom based comprehensive training will ensure resources have that all important follow through after settling into the workplace.



  • • Advanced User Training - Classroom Based
  • - Full Course: The training is intended for new administrators and support staff and will focus on the responsibilities and functions required to perform these tasks. Course outlines can be provided on request.

    - Refresher: The training is intended for existing administrators and support staff and will reiterate the responsibilities and functions required to perform these tasks. The course will also allow for an interactive Q & A session, where delegates could pose any questions/challenges experienced in the field. Course outlines can be provided on request.
